Refund policy

At Purifloss, we are committed to delivering the best experience possible.

 

Since Purifloss is thicker than typical flosses, it may take some time to get used to. If, after a couple of weeks, you find that you’re unhappy with Purifloss; please let us know. We’d be happy to provide a full refund for your order within 30 days of ordering.

 

If you'd like to return a product, please email us at admin@purifloss.com. We will provide you with a prepaid return label for any unopened and unused units shipped to an address in the US. Your refund will be issued as soon as your package is returned to us.
